| Returns Policy |

We only accept returns if we shipped the wrong items by mistake. Within 20 days of shipping date of
your shipment, you may return the items to ArchOfTheCovenant.com.
Upon receiving your return, we'll refund you the order total amount minus shipping.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from ArchOfTheCovenant.com.
We cannot exchange or refund items that are defective or damaged, items that are returned more than 20 days
after shipping date, are in unsellable condition, are personalized or customized, made on demand, or are missing parts.

| Mailing Instructions |

- Include all original packing material, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid
any additional fees.
- We recommend items be returned via regular mail. We also
recommend reusing the original shipping carton and packing materials. The original package should
contain a return address sticker in case you want to return any items to us.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14
business days of our receiving your return.
